Berkley Row is a full home transformation in Carlton Woods in The Woodlands, Texas.
Originally rooted in a traditional French country aesthetic, the home carried beautiful
architectural bones, but felt heavy and disconnected from the homeowners’ personality.

Our approach was not to remove that foundation, but to reinterpret it.

This 6,000 square foot home was redesigned to reflect a more expressive, layered way of living.
The goal was to bring in color, movement, and individuality while maintaining the integrity of
the architecture. The result is a home that feels both grounded and alive.

Balancing Structure and Expression

At Berkley Row, the design centered on a clear tension: understated discipline and unapologetic
personality.

The architecture remained intact. Millwork was refined, not replaced. Proportions were
respected. Materials such as stone, wood, and plaster were used to anchor the home and give it
permanence.

Within that structure, we introduced moments of expression.

Color was used with intention throughout the home, from saturated walls to statement lighting
and tailored upholstery. Pattern and texture were layered carefully to create depth without
overwhelming the space. Each room holds a point of view, but nothing competes.

A Collected, Luxurious Interior with Personality

This project reflects CW Interiors’ philosophy of creating interiors that feel collected rather than
decorated.

Furnishings were selected for presence and individuality. Lighting adds dimension, not just
function. Every detail was considered to ensure the home feels cohesive while still allowing for
personality to come through.
